The Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Registries (EMSTR) epidemiology team can fulfill data requests in the following ways:
Data Analysis Requests
EMSTR can provide simple analyses on surveillance data as capacity allows.
Public Use Data Files
EMSTR creates public use data files (PUDFs) based on submitted data. This data is available for public and researcher use.
We have updated our data request form as of March 2025. For either data analysis or PUDFs, please read and submit the form below to begin the data request process.
