- Mosquitoes must be kept cool, not frozen prior to shipping and should be shipped as soon as possible after collection, preferably on the same day as collection.

- Each mosquito carton must have its own G-14 submission form completely filled out and attached using a rubber band.

- Ship in insulated boxes with coolant bottles or polar packs wrapped with moistened newspaper.
- Ship Monday through Thursday only.
- Do NOT ship on Friday.
