The Consumer Protection Division (CPD) oversees producers of consumer health goods and service providers to ensure public safety. The division keeps Texas safe every day through:

Drug Safety

We make sure drug and medical device manufacturers, distributors and salvage programs follow state rules and protect the health and safety of Texans.
