CST (Central Standard Time) is one hour ahead of MST (Mountain Standard Time). For example: classes listed at 9:00 (CST) will start at 8:00 (MST) in El Paso.

Logging in

Training rooms will be open for you to log in 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start of the training. It is recommended that you sign in early, in order to have enough time to solve any technical issues you may encounter.

If you log in late to a class, you may not receive credit for attendance. If you have specific concerns, please contact the instructor listed for the class on the class schedule.

If no attendees are logged in to the training within 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, the class will be cancelled.

Technical Support

If you need assistance with hardware/software problems during a CenturyLink trainns, call CenturyLink at 1-800-485-0844

State Agency Training and Continuing Education Units

Some nutrition education trainings have been approved by the Texas Dietetic Association to offer 1.0 CE unit for RDs and DTRs who participate and answer the questions following a live training.  These CEU’s can only be claimed by participants who log in as individuals, answer post-test questions, and stay for the entire presentation (individuals logged in with a group and/or individuals viewing recorded presentations cannot receive CEU’s).

The trainer will give you instructions how to claim your CEU’s at the beginning of each presentation, so it’s important to log in on time.  Once the State Agency has verified attendance and participation, certificates will be sent to your LA’s administrative office on a quarterly basis.

If you have any questions about CEUs, please contact Missy Hammer at 512-341-4457.
