When you contact us at the Automation Help Desk your call will be routed to a Help Desk analyst or, if we are busy, to a telephone queue. If you are waiting in the queue for the next available agent, you should not hang up. Hanging up and calling back puts your call at the back of the line and causes unnecessary traffic at the Help Desk.
Hours of Operation
7:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Please be ready to provide the Help Desk Analyst with some basic information:
- First/Last name
- Telephone number
- Serial Number/DSHS tag number for Workstation
