Have you heard about the changes to WIC formulas?

Beginning April 1 most babies will receive Similac Advance.  For babies who have trouble after trying Similac Advance, other options are available. Click here for the Changes to WIC Formula — 2014 flyer (140 kb, PDF).

For April and May, a medical request for Similac Sensitive will be required after your baby has tried Similac Advance. After June 1, a medical request will be required for anything but Similac Advance or Gerber Good Start Soy. Click here for the Medical Request for Formula/Food form (116 kb, PDF).
